You do not have to navigate caregiving alone.
As an RN who has worked with patients and families throughout different stages of care, I understand firsthand how challenging caregiving can be. Over the years, I have met many families who feel worried when their loved one leaves the hospital, not because they don’t want them to get better, but because they often don’t know where to begin or what to expect once they are home.
You may be:
- Caring for an aging parent
- Adjusting to new caregiving responsibilities.
- Supporting a loved one with a chronic illness, lifelong condition or disability
- preparing to bring a loved one home from the hospital.
- Feeling overwhelmed by appointments, medications, care routines.
- Trying to understand caregiving options
- Simply looking for someone knowledgeable to help understand what comes next.
Whether you’re new to caregiving or have been doing it for years, RN Caregiver Guide is here to help. We provide personalized, virtual caregiver guidance and healthcare navigation to help families feel more prepared, informed, and confident as they care for the people they love.

About Us
Hi, I’m Neng Mungem, and my healthcare journey didn’t begin as a Registered Nurse; it began as a caregiver, where I learned firsthand the challenges families experience when caring for a loved one. I continued my education and grew through different roles in healthcare, becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse, and eventually a Registered Nurse.
Through these experiences, I have seen that families often need more than medical instructions. They need support understanding their options, organizing care, and feeling confident about the next steps.
My goal is to provide practical caregiver guidance and healthcare navigation, so families feel less overwhelmed and more prepared while caring for their loved ones at home.
